How to do the Halloween cleaning?

To make this cleaning easy, here are some ideas so you’ll be able to find the necessary tools to carry out this task without a problem:

1. Cleaning candy and chocolate stains

When removing candy stains, you should rub the fabric of the furniture or carpet that is stained with a little dish soap diluted in 1 cup of warm water.

If this does not remove the stain, mix 1/3 white vinegar with 2/3 warm water. These products will not affect the quality of the fabric.

But if it is chocolate, you should avoid using warm water, as this will cause the chocolate residue to melt and stick to the fabric.

So we will do the following, it should be scraped off with a knife and very carefully because of the fabric, when the excess has been removed, with the stain facing down we will begin to rinse with cold water and apply detergent.

Finally, wash the garment as usual, always using cold water.

2. Pumpkin waste

With pumpkin stains it is recommended to clean immediately and thus prevent it from adhering to the surface.

If it falls on any carpet, remove the excess pulp, then clean and dry the stain with a little white vinegar. Afterward, sprinkle baking soda on it and leave it for a few hours.

To remove the bicarbonate, just vacuum it. If the stain is more difficult to remove, it’s time to call a professional carpet cleaning service.

3. Makeup stains

These annoying stains can remain on towels, tablecloths, carpets, furniture, etc.

So we will use liquid detergent, and rinse with water. In case of grease, you’ll use a degreaser, and we will let it rest for a few minutes on the surface before cleaning it.

4. Glitter

It’s time to use the vacuum cleaner in this Halloween cleaning.

Start by vacuuming as much as possible, this will help remove most of the product. Finally, there will be the tiny particles of glitter, and this is the time for a wide masking tape or a lint roller.

Here we’ll only need a little effort and the result will be satisfactory. Use the masking tape to stick as much glitter as possible, it will be very useful.
